This bright and sociable open-plan space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, gas hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a full set of cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery – ideal for preparing brunch or dinner at home. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt and pepper are provided for your convenience. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 guests. In the living area, natural light fills the room and a Smart TV is available for streaming your favourite shows. A double sofa bed (not yet made up) completes this welcoming and flexible space.

BATHROOM

The bathroom features a shower and bath, along with a sink, mirror, and toilet for your comfort. We provide plenty of fresh bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat to ensure a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Briliant Location!
Such a fab spot right by the pier! We loved the quirky décor, bright vibe and cosy layout. Easy walk to shops and beach, the apartment was clean and comfortable. A perfect Brighton base!

We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris that is caused by smoking
2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
3. This property is pet friendly. Pets fee of £95.00 is applicable.
4. Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
5. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish, thank you
6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
