The spacious living room is ideal for relaxing after a day out, with a comfy sofa and Smart TV for all your streaming favourites. The bedroom features a flexible zip-and-link bed, set up as a double but can be made into two singles on request – perfect for couples or friends travelling together. You’ll also find a charming patio area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink, and a compact kitchenette with a sink, air fryer and portable hob – just right for preparing light meals or snacks during your stay. Whether you're here for a beach break, a weekend away or a work trip, the Central Snug is your cosy base right in the heart of Worthing.

The plush lounge invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV so that you can stream your favourite channels. The contemporary dining table comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals, games night or remote working – the perfect space to gather, recharge and enjoy a glass of wine.

BEDROOM

The bedroom features a flexible zip-and-link bed, set up as a double but can be made into two singles on request – perfect for couples or friends travelling together.

We provide fresh bed linen.

KITCHENETTE

The kitchen features modern appliances, including an electric portable hob and air fryer, fridge, kettle, and microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery – perfect for whipping up a delicious brunch or lunch. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you.

BATHROOM

• En-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet
• There is a separate bathroom by the kitchen which has a toilet, sink and mirror
• We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats

PATIO

Enjoy the charming patio area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening catch-up. The space is equipped with outdoor furniture enough for 4 people

IN ADDITION

• There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
• Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
• Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
• Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £200+VAT
• A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets and some properties allow on request.
• This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect little spot in the heart of Worthing!

We had a lovely stay at the Central Snug – the location is spot on! Tucked away in a quiet square but just a few steps from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach and pier were only a short walk away, too. The apartment was clean, cosy and really well set up for a weekend getaway. We especially loved the private patio – such a nice little bonus for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated being able to choose between a double or two singles. The living room was surprisingly spacious with a big sofa bed and Smart TV – great for chilling out after exploring. The kitchenette had everything we needed for light cooking – the air fryer came in handy! All in all, a brilliant little base in Worthing. Would stay again!

We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

1. No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
3. No pets
4. Please note that check-out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
5. When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish.
6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
